We believe OFF Training to be situated at the best airport in Canada for flight training. We even have the best weather in eastern Canada. Our location at Norman Rogers Airport in Kingston, Ontario provides a low density mandatory frequency (no delay) environment with a mixture of regional commuter aircraft, military aircraft and medium and light corporate aircraft. The airport affords ILS, NDB, LOC, and LOC/BC approaches. It is two (2) minutes to the practice area and PAR and American approaches are within 15 minutes flying. Centrally located between Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto and within 3 hours flying time of Boston, New York and Philadelphia.
