Gluten Wars is committed to creating fresh and healthy, gluten-free baked goods. Organic products are used when possible and natural ingredients always. Our products are also free of preservatives, colours, chemicals or any other unnatural ingredients that are so commonly found in products on supermarket shelves today.
Our bakery is a dedicated gluten free facility.
We are located in Kingston at 541 Days Road (in the Impact Zone Martial Arts complex, Atrium Mall near the Playtrium) Our store hours are:
Monday to Thursday noon to 5:00pm and Friday & Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm
Our website is open for orders 24 hours a day.
We are constantly adding new products to our menu and maintain delicious seasonal items!
Breads, cookies, pizza crusts, pie shells, loaves, scones, muffins, cheesecakes, pies, carrot cake and much more! Custom orders also available.
