We acknowledge the devastating effects of the vertebral subluxation on human health and spirit and therefore go to extraordinary measures in educating the world about the benefits of Chiropractic for the restoration of health.
Our goal is to eliminate mediocrity and promote the reality of living a productive and inspired life. Our perspective is that life is not a brief candle, but rather a flaming torch to pass on to the next generation before it grows dim.
Our mission is to humbly serve our community and impart to them the true path to health and wholeness. We serve with the purpose of correcting vertebral subluxations, the intent of removing nerve stress and the expectation of optimal health. We provide the encouragement of hope, the heart of compassion, and the skillful hands of Chiropractic, faithfully relying on the healing power of God.

Dr. Sheldon Cook B.Sc. H., D.C.

Dr. Cook was born and raised in Kingston and is a graduate of Queen’s University as well as the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Upon his return to Kingston he began his practice at the Sydenham Chiropractic Clinic and K-Town Chiropractic in Kingston.
He is an active lecturer in the community on health, wellness and lifestyle choices and has participated in numerous workplace workshops on improving your health naturally.
Dr. Cook’s mission statement is to create community wellness through regular chiropractic adjustments, educating and empowering people to make healthy diet and lifestyle choices and providing natural wellness products to enhance the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
