Hot Stone massage has been practiced for millennia in many different cultures. The stones are heated to a tolerable level, no higher than 125 degrees F to ensure your comfort. They are strategically placed on the body to help induce a general state of relaxation. A combination of massage techniques are employed using both the hands and the smooth stones themselves. The techniques used vary according to each person's needs. We work together to provide the most beneficial and relaxing massage possible.
Hot Stone Massage can help relax, soothe and calm mind, body and spirit. It promotes a sense of over-all well being. Quite often it is used in conjunction with other therapies such as meditation.
